These details are collected only to understand your requirements and are governed by the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or specific service agreement signed for that service.

We do not collect personal information automatically, apart from what is collected by:

  • WordPress (our website host) – which may collect standard technical information such as IP address and cookies.
  • Google Calendar (for appointments) – when you schedule an appointment, your information is handled directly by Google and falls under Google’s Privacy Policy.

We use the information you share with us to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
  • Schedule and manage appointments.
  • Communicate with you about your request.

We do not use your personal information for advertising or resale.

  • Google Calendar, if you book an appointment.

If there is no contact or service request for 2 years, we will securely delete your information from our records, unless we are required by law to keep it longer.
