DELIVERY BY COLISSIMO

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated at the time of ordering.
The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from the shipping date, for metropolitan France and 3 to 10 working days for international countries.
We deliver in France and abroad with the colissimo service of the post office.
You will be able to follow the progress of your delivery thanks to the online tool of the post office and the tracking number that will be delivered to you when you place your order.
For deliveries abroad, the delivery of the package will be made against signature.
We will not be held responsible in the event that a package arrives at your premises damaged. Indeed, from the moment the package is taken care of by the carrier, the latter is responsible for the package.

- Colissimo Domicile - without signature

Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours, directly to your mailbox. If it is not large enough and you are absent, a notice of passage will be left with you allowing you to choose a new delivery date on the Internet within 6 working days or to pick up your package the next day at the post office of your choice at 3pm.
If you do not express a choice, you can pick up your package at your local post office within 15 days.

- Colissimo Domicile - with signature

Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and delivered against signature. If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left with you allowing you to choose a new delivery date on the Internet within 6 working days or to pick up your package the next day at the post office of your choice at 3pm.
If you do not express a choice, you can pick up your package at your local post office within 15 days.

- Colissimo Collection Point

With Colissimo Point Withdrawal you have several methods of withdrawal to choose from to recover your package.

– At the Poste, you can choose the establishment to which you wish to be delivered (without first passing your invoice to your home) from among the 9,000 post offices available throughout metropolitan France.
Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then pick it up within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us.

– Pickup relay, you can choose one of the 7500 local merchants in the Pickup network, close to your home, workplace or holiday destination, to whom you would like to be delivered.
Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then pick it up within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us.

– In Pickup Station Lockout you can choose one of 500 automatic withdrawal instructions to deliver your package. Implement on your journey (station, metro, parking, shopping centres...) they are accessible 7/7 and 24/24 (except for orders subject to the schedules of shopping malls and transport areas).
Once the package prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. The latter will specify your withdrawal codes allowing you to withdraw your package for 3 business days. After this time, your package will be returned.

RECEIPT

It is your responsibility to check the condition of the package in the presence of the carrier.
The signature of the delivery note is valid for acceptance. In the event that you refuse the package or express any reservations, they must be confirmed to the carrier by registered letter, with acknowledgement of receipt, within 2 days of delivery.
You must also inform us by email or by post, within a maximum of 3 days following delivery.
If for reasons considered valid you do not accept the package, then, and after verification, we will make a new delivery of similar products (if the procedure has been followed and if the reserves are proven).

LEGAL WITHDRAWAL PERIOD - RETURN CONDITION - REFUNDS

You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order. The refund will be made within the legal period of 14 calendar days from the date of withdrawal and provided that the item is returned to us.
However, the law provides for exceptions to the right of withdrawal (Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code): goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised and which, because of their nature, cannot be returned.

1/ Complete and send by mail or email the withdrawal form.
2/ Return the item according to the conditions listed below.
The returned item must correspond to the refund conditions:
- The item must be in its original packaging, and not have been used.
- It must be accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase.
- Any product that is damaged and/or incomplete and whose original packaging is altered, will not be refunded.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- The items will be returned by colissimo with signature, accompanied by the withdrawal form and a copy of the proof of purchase, to the following address:

3/ If all the conditions are met, then you will be refunded the total amount of your order (price of the item + initial shipping costs).
The refund will be made by the same method of payment as the one used when you placed your order.

Any package shipped to another address will be refused and will not be processed.
If we have made a mistake in preparing your package, then we will take care of the return shipping costs and send you the correct item back at our expense.
